1 Introduction

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. gd2222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gd2222 support immediately via live chat on the platform. We may suspend your account pending an investigation to protect both your funds and platform integrity.

You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gd2222 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payment is not permitted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Standard verified-account withdrawals are typically processed within one to six hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Platform fees: gd2222 does not charge withdrawal fees on the platform side. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which gd2222 accepts no liability.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gd2222 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and the IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly; they must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• The wagering requirement and eligible games for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the individual promotion's terms state otherwise.
• gd2222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or systematic wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Bonuses are issued to verified accounts only. Accounts pending verification are not eligible to withdraw bonus-derived winnings until verification is complete.

Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or platforms to reduce risk, or using technical exploits — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gd2222, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

In the event of account closure for cause, gd2222 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where closure results from a voluntary player request and no breach of Terms is established, any remaining balance after deducting active bonus funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification procedures.
